Read Surface prepartion instructions for Metal before this application procedure.
 

DIRECTIONS: To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use. To be used within 48 hrs once the seal is broken up.

CONDITIONS: Humidity below 85%. Temperature: 20 - 50 deg. C

By Brush:
By Spray
5% Volume of Thinner PCT101
Use natural bristles, long hairbrushes.
Brush application may require 2 coats to achieve recommended dry film thickness
Air-atomized: 10-20% Volume of Thinner PCT101
 Clean up: use Poly Coat Thinner T101 or aromatic hydrocarbons

Note: Use Poly Coat Thinner PC T102 for Better Performance
REMARKS: Maximum dry film thickness per coat: 80 µm dry, equals 100µm wet. While applying multiple coats give an interval long enough for the first coat to be dry before giving the second coat, usually 2 hr. Apply two coats.
 
After drying of the primer and prior to the application of other coats, dry sand the primed surface with 220 or 28 grit emery paper
 

Caution: Containers of primer must be sealed without air inside after using a part of it. When containers are half full, transfer the contents to a smaller container so that no air is present while closing. This will ensure good shelf life even after using part of the contents.
