The surface should be perfectly dry prior to the application.DIRECTIONS: To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use. To be used within 48 hrs once the seal is broken up.
CONDITIONS: Humidity below 85%. Temperature: 20 - 50 deg. C

REMARKS: Maximum dry film thickness per coat: 35µm dry, equals 90µm wet. While applying multiple coats give an interval long enough for the first coat to be dry before giving the second coat, usually 3 hr. Apply two coats.
Caution:
Containers of Insulvar must be sealed without air inside after using a
part of it. When containers are half full, transfer the contents to a
smaller container so that no air is present while closing. This will ensure
good shelf life even after using part of the contents.
